Anesh, not only a great mortgage advisor/broker but I consider him as friend. The reason I am saying this is because the way he took our case like if it was his case. Our mortgage must have been one of the toughest for him to get through but he made sure that he was always available to talk to us about our challenges. He was always reassuring us about the challenges about buying and selling houses. We had many challenges but Anesh was always there to listen to us and advise us accordingly. What great person and professional. He has a great empathy to his clients, great way to communicate and great way to reassure you that the journey of selling/buying a home wont be easy but he will do his best to support you on this journey and he has done for us. I highly recommend Anesh to anyone who is looking for a mortgage or just a chat.

After having last minute problems with our current mortgage lender we were recommended Anesh by some friends of our and were told we would not be disappointed. And safe to say we definitely was not. He jumped on our application instantly and manage to sort us an amazing deal in no time at all. He was very professional, and always on the ball. I've known Anesh for 20years now and sought his advice when buying our property 5 years ago, being a ltd company director can make the process quite difficult and this was handled with ease. The best bit recently is that I was informed at 4year,4month mark to get my paperwork in order for application for remortgage at 4yr6mo, our deal expires Dec '22 I was unaware this was a thing but again well handled by Anesh, his actions here saved me around £2.5k in interest payments alone for the remainder of the existing deal as it was switched pretty much on the limit of what was permitted, without early repayment. The current rate is superb and we've also been shown realistic figures for overpayment to take years from our deal, based on our previous. Considering the current situation, Anesh has saved us hundreds each month by being so pro active. We're on track to be finished our mortgage 8years early based on the previous deal, and we are paying less overall. It's fair to say, I'm more than happy with the advice and service I was given, it's all been reasonable and very practical to do.

If you need a mortgage then Anesh is your man! From start to finish he’s worked hard to get the best deal for us and to explain everything along the way. I was let down by an in-house mortgage broker from Haart estate agents. She made such a hash of it that the house was put back on the market. I rang Anesh and within an hour I had a decision in principle which was enough to take the house back off the market. I presented Anesh with a very difficult job. Getting a mortgage for me when I am both self Employed and Employed as a Director of a Company. I am also 68 and needed a mortgage to take me to age 80. I also had credit card debts of more than half the available limits on them, so was not seen as a good investment. Anesh put in a great amount of effort and went through a lot of rejections before getting us an excellent deal. He kept us well informed all the way through and was a good listener for what we wanted. His success in getting us a mortgage has enabled us to find just the right home, and we are now using his services to find life and home insurance as well as dealing with estate planning, wills etc. In the car I heard the record by Heart "how do I get you alone" and I could imagine Anesh pulling his hair out for several days whilst singing this to himself.
