I cannot recommend John and EMS Mortgages and Protection Ltd enough. It was really important for us to get a mortgage that was specific to certain criteria as we were purchasing a new build. John really understood what we needed and made extensive research into which lenders would meet our needs and looked into how quick and efficient their processing and service timescales were based on his experience. He communicated with us pretty much every day via email phone text, what’s app and via zoom. It was so easy and stress free and I don’t think we will use anyone else for our financial needs in future now!
