I cannot recommend All Property Claims highly enough. They have been brilliant to work with from the very first phone call with Moez. I regularly wonder what I would have done without them given how difficult my insurer has been to deal with and how reluctant they have been to settle a fair claim for extensive water damage to the basement of a house I rent out. Roshan, who has been handling my claim, has been beyond excellent. Aside from being a lovely person who clearly cares about fairness for her clients and doing the best for them, she is professional, efficient, extremely experienced and has been resolutely fighting my corner throughout. I could not wish for a better advocate. She managed to get my full claim settled despite the huge resistance of my insurer, something I know I would never have been able to do without her. I am sure I would have been forced to accept a wholly inadequate settlement if it wasn't for APC. Tsvet is handling the building work and while it has not finished yet he has also been lovely to work with. He is friendly, competent and did a thorough survey. An absolutely wonderful, smooth and great experience with All Property Claims (APC) right from start to end . I came across APC when trying to find contractors to fix damage caused by a water leak in my flat. APC were very professional and helpful in every-way. Available 24/7, they were quick to come over (next day) to do a complete excellent survey of the extent of the damage which was not even visible to the bare eye, followed by dealings with the insurers on my behalf, then carry out the drying and repairs. I was kept well informed with regular updates of the progress of my case by the Claims Manager and all queries answered to my satisfaction and understanding. Allpropertyclaims have been very professional in their dealings with me and also with my insurance company, whose loss adjuster knew not only knew their representative well but seemed to have a great deal of respect for his judgement. Allpropertyclaims’ surveyor met my insurance company’s loss adjuster at my property. They got on well and discussed and agreed what works were needed. My claim was agreed in no time at all. After the claim was approved Allpropertyclaims builders got all repairs done. They literally started 2 days after repairs were agreed. The standard of worksmanship was excellent. I had travertine flooring in my bathroom and solid oak flooring in my living room and bedrooms. Everything was replaced like for like in a fair and reasonable manner. I am very happy with this company and will definitely use them again.

I cannot sing the praises of APC enough. If you have a serious insurance claim/damage issue DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT THEM! APC were referred to me by a neighbor when we had a serious leak in our shared building, which caused £50k damage to my apartment alone, and similar damage to two others. The maintenance company refused to deal with it, leaving me to fight with THEIR insurance company and basically nothing got done, and the leak got worse and worse. I was totally dubious about a magic service that would take over the fight and get my apartment fixed, but eventually I decided I had nowhere else to turn. In desperation I gave them a call. I SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS ON DAY ONE! From the get-go, the assessor for APC was amazingly professional, responsive and reassuring. I live in the US, but he was always able to contact me on my time zone, and got the situation under control rapidly. When we got to repairs and dealing with the insurance company, APC just ran things beautifully. They have been professional, assured, kind and understanding. The stress of dealing with my leaky apartment from 5000 miles away went from all-consuming-24-7-terror to one phone call a week to hear "everything is under control". My apartment ended up in better condition at the end than before the leak. I feel so much relief. Thank you APC, and all of the staff. You did a fantastic job.

I have had the misfortune of having two leaks over the course of a few years at my property. These were both very difficult situations involving major repairs, having to move home and dealing with the insurance company. Fortunately in both cases I mandated All Property Claims to act on my behalf. This was the best decision I could have made in both circumstances. Dealing with insurance companies at times like this can be extremely nerve racking and for someone who is not used to handling complex property claims, it is likely that things will not go smoothly. I have met people who dealt with insurers themselves and had their claims refused in part or in full, and ended up with having major headaches with insurers on their hand in addition to having to move home, handle contractors, etc. APC takes away a huge amount of the headache. They know how to handle insurance companies. They will ensure that everything is done by the book to get the claim approved speedily and painlessly. They will then arrange for quality contractors to do the required repairs (which the client must confirmed they are satisfied with before contractors leave the property). APC will also provide assistance dealing with temporary accommodations. I would heartily recommend their services to friends and family. In my case the fact that I used them a second time when I had my second leak is a testament to the trust I placed in them.

The service included dealing with getting the leak detected, starting the drying out process, dealing with the insurance claim, organising the contractors to do the repair. Despite a very unfair and stubborn insurer who refused to settle my claim fairly, and who were being very difficult, Allpropertyclaims stood by me and did not give up. They went beyond the call of duty by undertaking my repairs in full even though my insurer was refusing to pay the correct amount for the required works. Allpropertyclaims team helped me escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman and at all times they ensured I was not inconvenienced.
