I cannot fault either David, Hayley or Michelle in the service they provided me whilst buying my first property. They were always at the end of the phone or my what’s app ! David searched to find me the best deal possible and I can’t thank them enough. They definitely gave me a personal experience that I won’t forget and will use them in the future. If we could give more stars, we definitely would. When I had the first conversation with David, he was very straight forward and to the point which being a first time buyer was brilliant. David informed us of the process and then he introduced Hayley or as I called her, our guardian angel. As a first time buyer, I was nervous and unsure about buying a property. After a very positive initial meeting with Fiametta, we worked out budgeting and affordability. Fiametta guided me through the entire process and was always there to answer any questions. She found a much cheaper mortgage than had been quoted by the developer’s broker as well a cheaper solicitor referral. She kept in contact with the developer and solicitor throughout the process and I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided! She is very friendly and professional and I felt completely comfortable throughout. Fiametta worked quickly and efficiently, in fact the mortgage was agreed and ready before the property has been built! Highly recommend!

Being young first-time buyers, we were worried we would be in over our heads, with the whole process. He reassured us on the steps moving forward and this is when we were contacted by Hayley. Hayley could not have done more for us. She was always available no matter what time, either by email or phone. David and Hayley were great during the mortgage process, even when the banks were making things difficult for us. They kept us updated all the way and are still guiding us on the right path. With covid restrictions it has been difficulties for both parties to meet face to face. As soon as the restrictions were lifted David organised a face-to-face meet. David and Hayley assisted my partner and I in purchasing our first home. David is my partners uncle and despite the close connection, there was still an incredibly high service level and professionalism in obtaining a mortgage - prior to coming to Cooper & Parks we were worried we wouldn’t be able to get and appropriate mortgage size for our dream first house. David was honest in his views on the term and the outgoings we would have and I feel he guided the mortgage in a direction that was best for us. Although he is family on my partners side David is straight down the line and will advise you exactly what he thinks, it’s helpful to have someone take charge (if you want) of what’s rights right for you after explaining your circumstances and asking for his honest advice. Hayley is unbelievable... every stress I had in the process she did everything she could and more to appease. She is amazing and I honestly don’t think I could ever find the words to describe how much of an asset she is to Cooper and Parks. Thank you to Hayley for being my point of call at all times.
