Folgate are great to deal with. They have a strong team of technical underwriters who are happy to discuss a case with you. They assist where possible and are empowered to make decisions, which isn't always the case with many insurers now. Del is regularly on the phone to our office checking in on us, and offering his assistance. At Edison Ives Insurance Solutions we are looking forward to working with Folgate for many years to come.

We have dealt with Folgate Insurance for over 5 years and the platform provided gives access to a full suite of quote and buy insurance products and is very easy to use. The staff are always friendly whilst remaining professional and tend to go the extra mile. Very recently we needed to place a Property Owners risk with various referrals on cover after the Friday 5.00pm witching hour and through our account executive and a member of the underwriting team they assisted me to get the case over the line and on cover!! I have worked happily with Paul and the team at Folgate/APC for more than 12 years now. Quotemac was one of the 1st computerised quote engines for insurers, back in the late 1990's and follows the same standard/simple format to this day and is one of the easiest to use. The referral process is easy, and if you need to speak to an Underwriter they are always available. Keep up the good work.
