I purchased my first house through Just Us Financial Solutions back in November. Danny and Susan are two amazing people helped us through the process. Not only did they offer the best rate under terms we are asking for, they also processed our mortgage application with best efficiency. We received mortgage offer within one month given we only just relocated back to country without many established credit history. Tina Patel, our broker, and her clerk were absolutely phenomenal. It was the second time we'd worked with Tina, but the level of complexity on this occasion was much greater. Tina took us through all of the paperwork, step by step, spoke to underwriters in person, arranged complex borrowing, and 'ported' over an existing mortgage. Without a doubt, we not have been able to undertake this work by ourselves - for example, Tina's level of access to senior underwriters at lenders, in order to explain our circumstances and obtain appropriate lending, made a huge difference. For a relatively small fee - the best money you'll ever spend - Tina took away so many problems and issues and made a difficult situation seem (reasonably!) effortless. She was always available and often called at the weekend to update us. It's no understatement that we have a roof over our heads precisely because of Tina's expertise and dedication. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Tina or Just Us and, in fact, have already referred a family member.
