Andrew Parker from Knight Frank Finance found myself and my husband a brilliant set of mortgages for a previous purchase we made. The most competitive rates around. We had no hesitation to go straight back to him for another mortgage we needed for another purchase. Over and above finding us another very low rate mortgage, he gave us considered advice throughout. He collated a myriad of figures and accounts from various companies and put them to the lender in a way they like the figures presented, none of which I could have done. He also advised on strategy and steered us on a route to successfully complete the deal. We would always go back to Andrew. He is currently reviewing our previous mortgages for us.

We had an offer accepted on a house 1st week of January 2019 and exchanged contracts last week of February 2019; and the speed in which he worked to help us facilitate this speedy sale was fantastic. Re Alastair Keeling I cannot thank Alastair and his team at KFF enough for their help this year. We originally contacted him to arrange an offset mortgage but, after having seen the home of our dreams, the requirement quickly became a buy-to-let mortgage together with an interest only residential mortgage. Make no mistake, we would not have been able to complete on the purchase of our new (hopefully forever) home had it not been for his efforts and that is something I will not forget. Especially given the turnaround time: we went from viewing to having our offer accepted within two weeks. And the vendors confirmed that one of the main reasons they choose us was because we weren't in a chain. Throughout the entire process he and Lottie (his assistant) kept us fully informed and were happy to liaise with pushy estate agents and incompetent solicitors on our behalf. They were always approachable, even out of hours, and I definitely owe the team a beer or two. I introduced my brother to him recently, who was also very complimentary. And I should point out that Alastair's advice didn't actually lead to any new business for KFF.
