J. C.I can't recommend Napo highly enough! Super easy to use, excellent customer service, very easy to submit claims, includes great perks/benefits (especially the video vet consultation service via FirstVet) and, most importantly, Napo offers unparalleled cover. Having compared the fine print of many insurers, it's clear that Napo really does provide comprehensive cover. Or, to put it another way, my dog needed some treatment recently and the vet was very skeptical that my insurer would cover it, but Napo came through!
