5 stars just doesn't feel like enough! Being a first time home buyer is a daunting process but Sofia at Penny house helped us through the process with patience and support at every hurdle. Poor credit was an issue and we were rejected for a mortage not once, but twice! Without Sofia I think I'd of lost all hope but Sofia never gave up and managed to secure a mortage for our dream home. I read much about purchasing/completing during the pandemic, but nothing I read could have adequately prepared me - cue Paul and Sofia. From a holistic and comprehensive understanding of every step of the process (including an impressive understanding of other parties’ roles/duties), to being so easy to contact/prompting me when I needed to act (invaluable), to relentlessly pushing my purchase through with grace and vigour (both so personable and pragmatic).
