S. S.First rate service by Richard and the Rose Capital team. From the outset the advice provided by Richard was thoroughly researched and proved accurate at each juncture of the buying process.
We were buying just before the recent stamp duty holiday deadline and although we did not meet the deadline (issues with retrospective consents for building works vendor's onward purchase), Richard and team pulled out all the stops on the mortgage front. Had it not been for conveyancing delays, we would have actually made the deadline.

M. D. M.Nick Plappert is my mortgage broker. As first time buyer, I have been fully guided through the process and kept apprised of every step by Nick and his valuable assistant Jemima Fordham. They have made the process as stress free as possible, Covid notwithstanding.
Nick has helped me secure a mortgage under very difficult circumstances due to the progress of mortgage applications process being slowed down and changing requirements, all due to Covid. Nick has been very helpful at explaining everything to me as he and Jemima giving me frequent updates on the progress of the mortgage application. It was very important for me to have frequent communication on the progress and he has been really understanding on that. I would definitely recommend working with Nick and Jemima at Rose Capital Partners if you need a mortgage.
E. A.We were referred to Rose Capital Partners via an estate agent as first time buyers. We had heard that this isn't always the best route so were a bit wary but went for a meeting. Very glad we did! Our main contact was Jess and she was fantastic. We had a detailed meeting where Jess went over everything and completely took our unusual situation in her stride. This included a combination of salary and other types of income for both of us which lenders often don't like, and the first mortgage broker we were recommended as being able to handle it just didn't want to know and told us no one would accept it.
Jess quickly found us a good product and went through all the scenarios with us. Later on, the mortgage provider didn't want to lend on the first property we found. Jess and her colleagues were so helpful in handling the transfer to a new property and on advising us about what to look out for from the bank's point of view, to avoid the same thing happening again (it was a particular issue with ex-local authority properties). Jess was extremely responsive throughout and always got back to us promptly and let us know what was happening. We didn't really have direct contact with others at Rose Capital but they also seemed very helpful and we felt that everyone was made familiar with our case and were there if we did need to be in touch.
We have now completed and though other factors have been stressful and delayed the process, it really helped to have Rose Capital Partners handling the mortgage side. I would definitely recommend having a chat with them and seeing what is available, even if you have had other brokers/lenders tell you that they can't help because your income is not typical.

B.I have used Rose Capital Partners a number of times, incorporating a new purchase, BTL mortgage and remortgages. On every occasion they have been excellent in their explanation of options, advice and execution.
My house purchase entailed transferring a fixed term mortgage between properties, putting in place new residential and BTL mortgages across two different providers and dealing with difficulties with one of these providers. Richard was excellent in explaining the mechanics of how the necessary financing would work, finding the best rates/ products available and coordinating communication across all parties (providers/ solicitors/ estate agents). This took a great deal of stress out of a house purchase that was not altogether straightforward and may not have been successful without Rose Capital Partners.

After being let down and lied to by the UK's biggest mortgage broker and useless smaller brokers, I spoke to Peter at RCP who within a week managed to get me the perfect mortgage at the markets lowest interest rate something others had failed to do in 6-8 weeks! Being a single applicant and a first time buyer in London with a small deposit it is very hard to get a mortgage offer but RCP done it! Unlike most brokers Peter is also very knowledgeable on Help to Buy and LISA's which was handy so you don't have to talk them through the process and how it works! When my conveyancers messed up part of the Help to Buy paperwork which would delay my exchange, Peter even stepped in and done in an hour what my conveyancers said would take them 5 working days! The guy LOVES mortgages in a weird way (not that he shoves them down your throat), he just seemingly wants to help. Even after his part was done, he’d stay in touch to see how things are progressing (through WhatsApp, in my case how we communicated, which worked for me but obviously more formal exchange was email etc / in person). C. T.Could not rate Peter Wydanski at RCP more highly. He's a consummate professional and salesman, and as someone who has worked in sales in some way, shape or form for over 15 years, I would not hesitate to hire or work with him.
I think I was first referred to Peter just about a year ago when I first started my property search. It took me quite some time to find a property, but he continued to touch base with me on a regular basis to see where I was in my home buying journey and if there was anything he could do to get me on my way. When I finally did find a property, Peter journeyed to me to work on my application and then found at rate that was 10% cheaper than what was offered to me by my bank. He also found me a mortgage protection policy that was 60% cheaper than what was offered by my bank while providing a similar level of protection.
Peter kept me up to date with what was happening as the bank processed my application - from receipt of paperwork, to valuation, to the decision. This should have stopped there, but it didn't.
The bank made several unprecedented and completely ridiculous mistakes and refused to take care of them in a timely manner, which led to a delay in completion date and me almost losing the property. If not for Peter dogging them tirelessly several times a day every day for over a week (while quite unwell), I would have been homeless by now. He went over and beyond what was required and made my absolutely useless conveyancers completely redundant.
If I'm fortunate enough to buy another home, I will definitely go through Peter and will definitely refer to all of my friends who are looking to buy. He deserves a substantial bonus, raise and promotion!
