Unique Property Finance was recommended to me by a letting agency who advised me that Sunny Budhdeo had a lot of experience in arranging buy-to-let mortgages and might be able to assist me.The interest payments on my mortgage were very high once the 2 year introductory rate expired but because in the meantime I had begun working for a small charity on a much lower income than before I had been unable to re-mortgage. Sunny was able to arrange a remortgage with a reputable lender at a much lower interest and lower monthly payments. Since then I have arranged 2 more remortgages through Unique Property Finance and always found them friendly, fast and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to arrange a mortgage not just for their professionalism but because I have found that Sunny is kind and generous with his time, always willing to offer support and advice (even if it does not benefit him) out of a genuine desire to help. I was forwarded to Unique Finance by my Estate Agents after our confirmed mortgage with Santander fell through due to a technicality.
