The mortgage maestro. Steve has been integral to our move. Rarely, during the home buying process, will you find someone competent, rarer still will you find an expert. With his knowledge, perseverance and altruism, Steve has exceeded all of our expectations and then some. Without him, I'm not sure we get to exchange. As first time buyers, Steve provided swift and concise service when it came to our mortgage. Brilliant, that's what we paid for. What sets Steve apart though, is his genuine care and willingness to guide you to completion. With sticky solicitors and weeks in the dark, Steve has consistently strived to seek the light and the information we have needed. He has put pressure on the solicitors when needed and his knowledge of what to ask and when to ask it has been pivotal. Steve has also been available to answer our questions at any point in the day, with almost instant responses no matter the query. From start to finish, Steve has been by far, the most reliable professional we have come in contact with. I cannot recommend his service enough.

Steve was brilliant from start to finish, very approachable and knows exactly what he is talking about. We had our initial chat over the phone and 45 minutes later, Steve had already sent over some options for us to choose from. Steve has been absolutely the best person to work with. As first time buyers, we were so lost! He has been a great help and I genuinely can’t thank him enough! He always been there when needed, he replied every email very efficiently and he was always on top of everything that needed to be done. Even after he did everything he got paid to do, he went beyond expectations and still chased both parties solicitors and agencies and kept in touch with us constantly.
