D. T.I was looking for life insurance online and got a call back from this company. Initially from Ryan who was incredibly helpful and well informed. There was nothing pushy or sales-y about them, which I appreciated. And when I asked if I could be called back the next day, as I wanted to check some things out with my husband, Ryan was very accommodating and called back, as promised. I think, had the company been pushier and not felt like they were trying to get me set up properly, I'd have just done it online (there wasn't much price difference and I'd have got more in Amazon vouchers). However, in a day and age where things are done increasingly online and the personal touch is lacking, I appreciated the customer service I received via the phone, along with the advice I was given. I was called back a week or so later, once my policy was in place, just to check everything was okay and to wrap up some of the other legal aspects. Again, the person I spoke to was incredibly friendly and well informed. To the extent that I have asked them to make a note and call me in year's time when my home insurance is up for renewal again. I'd really recommend this company if you're looking for insurance policies.
