When it comes to insurers, the quality of service that matters most is when you have to claim. I have sadly had plenty of experience of household and motor insurers claims departments and they have rarely been happy but dealing with GJW was another matter entirely! This was our first claim on my daughter's dinghy and given my experience of other insurance and the wrangling that goes on, I started the process with some trepidation. I had no need to, from beginning to end this could not have been more straightforward. I dealt with Jeremy Entwhistle who responded promptly to all my enquiries, was practical, exceedingly helpful and efficient. As a sailor himself he completely understood the situation and gave excellent advice. We were more than happy with the outcomes. I would not hesitate to recommend GJW for dinghy/yacht insurance.

Hi I have had many boats all been insured with this company Over 45 years I have had a few claims all been sorted fast and fairly My last claim was a total loss as my boat was set on fire by vandals! which was settled in three weeks I will not go anywhere else you may get cheaper insurance elsewhere but is it worth the paper its written on !
