Don't waste time talking to any other companies After phoning round various companies, Insurance Revolution were the obvious choice. They were the most professional and without doubt Adam knew his stuff. Although not the cheapest, it's worth paying slightly more for excellent customer service. Update: Since being a customer of Insurance Revolution for the past 6 months I feel the need to update everyone on the not so good customer service I have received! Firstly I have had 3 changes to my policy. Trying to get invoices for money paid by card is an absolute nightmare. It has taken numerous phone calls and failed promises over several months and I'm still waiting for one invoice from 2 months ago. I have now had to cancel my policy due to a change in job that Insurance Revolution couldn't insure me for. The problem I now have is after 4 phone calls and nearly 3 weeks I am still waiting for my proof of NCB. My new insurance company has now given me 7 days notice to cancel my policy due to me not being able to provide proof of NCB to them. This is the worst customer service I have had from any insurance broker and I'm no spring chicken. I'm sure there must be brokers with better customer service than what I have had to experience!

I’ve been with them 4 years, never had a problem until this renewal!! I’m getting text messages every day (including Sunday mornings) about pending cancellation if I don’t send paperwork in soon!! I sent the paperwork in weeks ago, I called a week after that, they have paperwork but still send text messages, I called again today!! Yes!! Original post: Rang up to arrange van insurance. Clearly specified that I wanted the policy in my name and T/A my company name. Documents arrive and there is no mention of my name, jsut the company name. Now I can't release the leasing van, as they require what I specified. Really really frustrated. Edited: Well, it took two days to get my documents amended. Luckily I stumbled across an absolute star who is Lauren. She sorted the problem in less than two hours, so I have increased the rating to 4 stars, as it shouldn't have happened in the first place and I shouldn't have had to chase the matter for two days, but Lauren's great work sorted it out.
