I am very grateful to the hard work, commitment, advice and professionalism that Hills Finance put towards the acquisition of our mortgage. It was a very difficulty journey for me due to the bank not understanding my contract, as an agency worker employed by an Umbrella Company. Our mortgage adviser never got discouraged by all the demands and rejections, as the bank needed everything which was required for compliance according to their mortgage policies. Our mortgage advisor exhibited her experience in dealing with all the challenges we faced even from our own employer. Her communication was great and when we felt like giving up she encouraged us and motivated us and never got tired to communicate with our Umbrella company, the bank, seller and us, so as to get things moving. She is a fighter, a brave warrior in her profession and very experienced. I highly recommend her to those who want to apply for a mortgage and feel their chances of getting a mortgage are very slim. We finally got the mortgage! Hats off to Hillside Financial.
