Having dealt with Manchester Money before, I had no hesitation going back to them to assist with a re-mortgage. At every stage of the process they kept me informed and answered any queries quickly and efficiently. Their staff are very pro-active, friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

First class service from Manchester Money in particular from Beth and Sian who have kept us fully informed throughout via phone, text and email. As an older couple looking to buy after years of renting we really thought we would struggle but Beth worked her magic and secured the perfect mortgage for us. Throughout the whole process Beth has answered all of our questions and reassured us that things were on still track whenever we had a wobble, she also kept in touch with our estate agent to keep them updated. I honestly couldn't give Manchester Money any lower that 5 stars and that is still not enough. As a quick summary Holly was Supportive, dedicated, reassuring, professional and went out of her way to secure our home. She became not just my broker but a friend and she is not only amazing at her job but an amazing and kind hearted person. As a broker they will secure your mortgage and support you all the way. For a longer review: I had a difficult case that met with constant bumps along the way. I had complications due a 80% restriction on my shared ownership mortgage , a few complications on my credit file and a lender that was slow as well as a seller that was difficult at times also. Holly talked to me every step of the way and at one point when the sale was pulled she sent the most forceful and expert email that saved the Sale. She saved the Sale for me when I was deflated by the sellers actions. At no point did Holly hesitate to act and fought for me every step of the way and without her tomorrow we would not be collecting the keys to our new home. Every step Holly chased up progress and reassured me. She was always just a text away and wanted the home for us as much as we did. I am eternally greatful to her and I will always feel lucky to have found her as my broker because honestly without her it wouldn't have completed. Victoria was equally lovely and friendly and quick to email and communicate with me. Together Holly and Victoia were professional and caring. Thankyou Manchester Money for sorting my mortgage and fighting what felt like a massive uphill battle to complete the purchase of our new home. I would recommened them highly and would advise all my friend and family to look no further . They are knowledgeable, professional, skilled but what makes them stand out is how caring and genuine Holly was and I imagine the entire team to be also. Thankyou so much.
