My experience with Mr. Neil Downing and his mortgage advising services has been highly positive and I strongly recommend him for all matters related to property! Mr. Downing has his clients' best interest at heart and gives honest advice even if it may mean he'd not make a sale in the short term. For example, he'd previously advised me about the asking price for a property being too high given the surrounding area, that made me take a step back and carry on the house-hunting for many months. But it was for that reason I trusted Mr. Downing and returned to avail his services once I'd found a suitable place to buy. Above all, by offering a portfolio of services including insurance, he's made the process of first time home buying as seamless as practically possible in a busy market. He's been my primary point of contact when in doubt or confusion about matters even tangentially related to mortgages alone. Thank you Mr. Downing!

I would highly recommend Neil Downing. Neil has helped me from day 1 of the mortgage process. He has helped me to secure my very first house. Neil has been my go to person when I had questions and has supported me throughout the whole process. Every query and question I had he responded to and guided me in the right direction. Right from the off Neil was very confident he would find me a remortgage, very professional and extremely helpful. After a 15 minute conversation he knew exactly what to do to help me and very quickly found me exactly what I was looking for (even when I was not confident of getting a remortgage). Every step of the way Neil kept me informed and updated, answered any questions I had IMMEDIATLEY and replied to me every single time. Neil also found me cheap home insurance and offered me life i insurances but put no pressure on me and left the choice upto me. In a world where businesses cant really be trusted or be honest and truthful with you, Neil was a breath of fresh air. I never give reviews on anything however on this one occasion I actually wanted to and felt he deserved it. Am very grateful Neil found me a mortgage when others struggled.
