Pat went absolutely above and beyond for us, I'd recommend him to anyone. We contacted Pat as first time buyers without a clue, before we had even viewed any houses, and he was incredibly helpful and patient explaining the whole process. Throughout our purchase he was always on hand to give advice and talk options through - he was significantly more help than our solicitors! When our purchase took longer than expected Pat even found us a better mortgage offer than was available when we started the process.
