We have used Search Mortgage Solutions with buying our first home and again more recently with our remortgage and we will always continue to come back to David again if we need to remortgage or buy a new home. We are both self employed which was can bring up a lot of challenges and obstacles with finding a lender and we had a few of these arise when we first bought our home. Davids advice and knowledge made the whole process stress free and he was always available to discuss any concerns that we had. We are so happy with our most recent remortgage with the deal we managed to get and couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve had along the way. David is personable and professional in his approach and will always be honest and provide the best advice for the best route to take when looking at lenders. We will recommend him and Search Mortgage to anyone that asks in a heartbeat.

As a self employed person, I am always aware of additional difficulties in finding the right mortgage for me and my partner. Add to the mix a national pandemic and banks either reluctant or nervous to lend, and I was faced with quite a challenge to find the right mortgage.
