Previous to this, I used to scrabble around online trying to find the cheapest insurance policies but without fully understanding whether they covered me properly. After my initial client assessment, I felt comfortable that Steve had understand my requirements, and my budget and took a consultative approach to getting me covered. The proof was in the pudding when I lost my wedding band; a bespoke item that had to be remade by a specific designer. Within weeks, payment was in my bank and the ring was back on my finger.
