Just wanted to send my gratitude and appreciation to your employee Matt Stanton (Norwich branch) who’s been guiding me through my recent first time buy. Originally called as wanted someone else ,who had since left, and I ended up assigned to Matt. The most happiest accident ever! I’ve not received service like this before and it’s been a joy to have him as my broker. He’s gone above and beyond at every step and even helped me with queries that weren’t his responsibility. Big thank you to Lucy Banks who recently helped me sort out my first mortgage. Cannot recommend the service enough to first-time buyers and those unfamiliar with the process; while the costs may seem prohibitive to some, it's typically worth doing just simply to avoid the running around and gathering paperwork, let alone the wider availability of rates and lending amounts. If it's your first purchase, you will have a LOT of questions, so why not have someone on hand to pester... I was able to secure a much larger mortgage than expected after Lucy tracked down a few more generous lenders, leaving me with a comfortable cushion in case of emergency. I didn't have to worry about a thing and was guided through the process from start to finish, which when dealing with conveyancing was a real boon. Great attitude, great availability and comms, highly recommended. I'll be returning when it comes to remortgage or rate switch time!

Jennifer Graham has been amazing for me. I am in the process of my house being transferred solely into my name. I only work part time and didn't think that it would at all be possible to obtain a mortgage in my sole name, to borrow enough money to pay my current mortgage off and borrow enough to pay my ex out. But with Jennifer's help this has been achieved. It's all still going through the process, due to financial matters, but without her expertise and help this wouldn't have been possible on my own. I was recommended Stephen Charnock (Entwistle Green, Bury). The service I have had from the start has been exemplary. Myself and my wife were going to just remortgage with our current lender but we are so glad we didn't. From speaking with Stephen, he provided advice around what lenders were available to us based on my wife being self-employed. He then ensured that he got us the best deal possible. It is clear that he has a very good working relationship with the lenders due to how quickly things were put in place. We had a bit of a nightmare with our purchase falling through and Stephen provided key advice when searching for an alternative property. I don’t know where to start with this review because I honestly can not rave about our mortgage advisor enough. We were allocated Victoria Hock after our initial advisor was furloughed. From the moment I spoke with vicki she was warm friendly and understanding. She helped with everything from finding the right mortgage to ensuring we were covered with essential house and life insurance. Vicki didn’t stop there she went well above and beyond what we would ever have expected. I started looking to buy my first home in March 2019. As a first time buyer, i had no idea what i was doing and was very naive. While killing time before a viewing, a weird twist of fate led me to walk into Countrywide in Shawlands, Glasgow. I discussed my requirements with the girl on the desk and agreed to speak to their in-house mortgage consultant called Robyn. Robyn listened to what i was looking for and investigated my finances and what i could afford. Armed with a more realistic budget my search for my first home intensified. As i don't have many reliable people who I could seek advice from, Robyn's industry knowledge was crucial. I looked at many flats, asked Robyn lots of questions and sent many emails. Robyn replied to everyone of them. She quickly gained my trust and i soon realised that she does have your best interests at heart. When i did finally find the house that i wanted i asked Robyn to broker the deal. She skill-fully managed the whole process. securing a mortgage offer which is way better than i expected. Handled the help-to-buy deal and other things i didn't think of like Income protection, contents insurance etc. Robyn turned a notoriously stressful situation into something easy and exciting. I'm now waiting on the keys to my amazing new flat with a brilliant fixed rate mortgage and Robyn was absolutely critical in making this all happen. Robyn is incredibly patient, polite, knowledgeable and wonderfully efficient. She must be the best mortgage consultant in Glasgow and is a genuinely lovely person too. 10/10

My partner and I dealt with Barnaby Cleary via the Kempston office for both of our mortgages; the path was not smooth thanks to the lender, but Barney was absolutely excellent. He kept in regular contact with us, dealt with any issues promptly and efficiently, and was very proactive and approachable. We have now completed a buy to let mortgage and the mortgage on our own home, both of which we couldn't have done without Barney's help. A number of my clients have also used Barney and I am continually impressed with the levels of communication and the efficiency of the service. I'm usually not a fan of the larger conveyancing/mortgage companies, but Barney has definitely won me over.

I don't usually post feedback but I cant praise this women enough. Rebecca Chesters is an absolute diamond to deal with. People might argue that she's just doing what she gets paid for BUT I can tell you that you NEVER get this level of service that Rebecca gives you. I cant complain about a single thing. Just had my mortgage approved using Countrywide Mortgage Services! A big thanks to Michelle Allaby who helped me achieve this, when I thought it wouldn't be possible. I had my first mortgage application declined when I applied to the bank myself, so I decided to find a mortgage advisor to see if they could help me. The first advisor I saw told me it wouldn't be feasible to get the mortgage I needed, especially with the current COVID climate. (Banks were making it hard to actually get a mortgage) I had lost hope and was coming to terms with having to pull out of the purchase, when Michelle was recommended to me. I was a little hesitant to appoint a mortgage advisor, considering my previous experience with them (Not chasing up, delaying applications, minimal communication) but Michelle has completely transformed my opinion. Michelle was constantly on the ball, from finding suitable lenders working within the budget, completing and submitting the mortgage application and then chasing up until approval. Nothing was ever too much trouble, any questions were answered almost instantly. I can't recommend her enough. I had trouble choosing who I was going with. I was initially just looking for houses and was scared to take the plunge.
