Just wanted to send my gratitude and appreciation to your employee Matt Stanton (Norwich branch) who’s been guiding me through my recent first time buy. Originally called as wanted someone else ,who had since left, and I ended up assigned to Matt. The most happiest accident ever! I’ve not received service like this before and it’s been a joy to have him as my broker. He’s gone above and beyond at every step and even helped me with queries that weren’t his responsibility. He’s ensured everything was worked out with my best interests in mind in all regards, updated me regularly, assisted in speeding the sale process along by regular solicitor chases and even responded to my emails/texts when I’ve not realised he was on annual leave. Purchased my first home earlier this year and the entire process from start to finish was made so easy due to the hard work and efforts of Michelle Allaby from Burnley’s branch of Bridgfords. Having Michelle as my mortgage consultant was completely accidental. I was purchasing a property that was on the market with Bridgfords and already had someone lined up to sort out the mortgage side of things. Due to unforeseen circumstances, they were no longer able to do it for me so Bridgfords put me in touch with their own in-house consultant. I recently purchased a property in the Warwickshire area and used Countrywide Mortgage Services to find and arrange a mortgage for our onward purchase. We were assigned Robert Tomlinson (Stratford-upon-Avon branch). He was fantastic from start to finish. I would highly recommend Michelle Allaby from Bridgeford, Burnley. As first time buyers in a very hectic lockdown market, and very unusual circumstances we was expecting quite a stressful purchase, if any purchase to be honest! Which was quite the opposite thanks to Michelle. The hardest part was the search for the right house. Michelle also secured us a much higher AIP than any other broker could. We unfortunately had quite a short time frame too move out of our rented property, 2 months in total. Just had my mortgage approved using Countrywide Mortgage Services! A big thanks to Michelle Allaby who helped me achieve this, when I thought it wouldn't be possible. I had my first mortgage application declined when I applied to the bank myself, so I decided to find a mortgage advisor to see if they could help me. The first advisor I saw told me it wouldn't be feasible to get the mortgage I needed, especially with the current COVID climate. (Banks were making it hard to actually get a mortgage) I had lost hope and was coming to terms with having to pull out of the purchase, when Michelle was recommended to me. I was a little hesitant to appoint a mortgage advisor, considering my previous experience with them (Not chasing up, delaying applications, minimal communication) but Michelle has completely transformed my opinion. If it's your first purchase, you will have a LOT of questions, so why not have someone on hand to pester...
