Ty and Q Mortgages were extremely helpful in helping my wife and I get life and income protection insurance, as well as answering all questions we had both about insurance and a mortgage. My wife and I both are self-employed and I'm in the UK on a spousal visa so we have a more complicated than average circumstance and Ty was able to answer all of our questions and find out anything he didn't know. We'll most likely use him when we're ready for a mortgage.

Actually I applied for the mortgage from a different mortgage advisor but for some unknown reasons (might be because of partial information provided by advisor to lender) mortgage offer was not issued by lender. Turan was recommended to me for a remortgage and a new purchase. I was a little stressed out due to the tight time frame for finding new house, and vacate existing home. Turan has been brilliant support throughout the whole process. A lot of mortgage jargons can be confusing, and he is a great sounding board (not really his job, but he seem to go above and beyond). He is easy to get hold of (which is important), and was very open about options available to me. We have completed on purchase and re-mortgage, and Turan still called to check in that everything went ok with completion (and offered painting tips) I would highly highly recommend Q Mortgages for mortgage advice.

Firstly let me start off by saying I am not a customer. I posted on Reddit about another broker, who I feel are uncommunicative and are honestly making me ill with stress.
