Julie was a star! She kept in touch regularly, researched multiple avenues, was dedicated and helpful. This was probably one of the most challenging mortgages for her with many complications including self build and self employment, coupled with the application being done during a time where many outside factors were impacting the financial market in the UK and interest rates were soaring. Julie was a delight to deal with!
