Paul got recommended to me from the person I was buying my new house from (neighbour I’ve known for 30 years) the advice and knowledge that he provided me with after the first chat was unreal, he’s on the ball with absolutely everything you need to know about buying a property, I went in blind not having a clue about anything apart from I wanted to buy a house, from sorting out the mortgage and best deal, bank statements, to sorting out a deposit from a family member, to life cover to contents insurance etc etc, he was on the ball making it happen from start to finish, constantly checking up to make sure I had the right information when required, not only for him, but for my lawyers aswell, it was plain sailing from start to finish.
