R. P.Attempted to remortgage with my provider to build and extension and was declined with no rationale. Initially I was going to accept the decision but decided to reach out to Anthony. Within a 10 minute conversation it was evident the knowledge and quality customer service skills Anthony possessed. The fee was more than fair for the stress and leg work it saved us (me and my wife work full time and have two young children so time is scarce). We had regular updates from Anthony who clearly was working hard to get us the mortgage we required.
