Before I’d met Joe Lane from Mortgage Lane , my hopes of securing a mortgage deal had it rock bottom due to so many brick walls and negativity from previous brokers. Joe however was like a breath of fresh air, his wealth of knowledge for a young man really blew my mind, all during our conversations he come across as an extremely positive person whereby nothing was a problem, no short sharp intakes of breath and always had a solution. Joe is backed by an amazing team whom all feed off of his dynamic positive aura. I would 100% recommend Mortgage Lane to anyone who’s looking for a financial solution in property. There are so many brokers out there. Don't use them, use Lane. My case was incredibly challenging. I'm an ex- pat with no credit footprint in the UK; I've been in the US for 24 years. Josh from Lane managed to find me an extremely good mortgage in an economic climate that is already tough. This broker knows what they're doing and does it incredibly well. Again, don't bother with others.
