Alex was absolutely amazing to deal with from start to finish for my mortgage. I had recently separated from my husband and was in a position where I had to buy him out or put the house up for sale. OUTSTANDING! We have had the most exceptional experience with Mortgage Sure, in-particular our Mortgage Advisor Jenny Blud, who is nothing short of a superstar! We were at our wits end and at a real low after being turned away by a number of other mortgage advisors who, after taking some basic info regarding our employment and credit, explained that we had 'no chance' 'wait at least 3 years' 'too high risk'. This was largely due to the challenges of the pandemic and my partners self-employed status during this time. Despite us both now having a full time job, good credit, a deposit and property lined up, we were still being told we would likely be unsuccessful in applying for a mortgage for a number of years. From the off, Mortgage Sure were genuinely interested in us and more than happy to take a look at our case. Jenny worked closely with us, maintaining great contact and managing our expectations. My husband and I used mortgage sure to remortgage our house in October 2018. We used Tabitha and she was fantastic. Informative, great advice and completely impartial. Our insurances were also reviewed in the process where we found we were under insured. This resulted in us getting more cover for less monthly payments. We were very happy to pay a fee to pay for the expertise, and to know that it was irrelevant what the lenders were offering as an incentive. Would happily recommend and use again. Would just like to thank Phillip & Ieuan for their fantastic service in helping me obtain my first mortgage with my partner. Needless to say as it was our first home, we were very nervous and knew little about mortgages however the support and information provided thoroughly through out the process was fantastic! We were unsure of using a company outside of the high street however after meeting them and discussing this we soon realised we got a much better deal than going through a bank as they searched the whole of market for us.
