Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service in my life - not only was Ian incredibly helpful in explaining everything mortgage-related and finding us a good deal when remortgaging, he then phoned me out the blue two months later saying he’d recalculated my rates based on a couple more months payments before the new mortgage was due to kick in, and had got me an even better interest rate! Add in the fact that they did all this as part of our initial brokering cost from when we purchased our house 2 years ago, Ian and the team have been worth their weight in gold..
