Oliver was amazing through the whole mortgage process! He was available whenever we needed him, and I felt he went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best product to suit our needs. all advice was clearly explained giving positives and negatives to all products, so we always felt comfortable making the big decisions. From the start Oliver was very attentive and thorough with all aspects of the application. It was a difficult application due to us releasing equity but Oliver ensured we knew exactly what was happening all the way through. Fantastic service and made it an easy process, Oliver found us a fantastic deal, we didn't go through with the sale as he advised us to get a Home Buyers Survey which highlighted 145k worth of work which needed doing on the property so very thankful for advice.
