Paul helped my boyfriend and I arrange our mortgage for our first house this year. Right from the start he provided the highest level of service, being first time buyers we were completely in the dark about the process. He walked us through every step, put lots of time into explaining and making sure we understood the process. We had one house fall through and he was straight away available to help us with taking out a new mortgage and reacting quickly to the next house we found. I believe everyone who is visiting this page are searching for the mortgage. I will advise you to stop where you are and not to go anywhere further, Paul Clarke is your destination. I was searching for a mortgage to buy my property, probably, about a months before I contacted Paul and it was disaster. I had at that time a good score within Experian, however, a big outstanding balance on my credit card, which at that time I was paying gradually in the terms of 6 months, was triggered the problem. Every single mortgage advisor would increase of my mortgage repayment 2, 3 times higher until I did not meet Paul and everything come to sense and I beginning to believe that I will purchase my property. Paul was incredibly supportive and very easy going, he was helping me a lot not only in respects of my mortgage, but also with the solicitors costs. This was my very first mortgage and I wasn't familiar with the process, my solicitor wanted overcharged me for some services I should not pay as a first time buyer. And surprisengly for me Paul straight away point me out on their mistake. He was saving my money, otherwise, I would have to pay £1500 extra. Today, I finally moved in my new home and I would like to say Paul Thank You for all his work and support he gave me, his professional service and being such incredible human being.

To put it in nutshell, Paul has been nothing less than absolutely brilliant in his service, approach, commitment and communication. I chose to get my first BTL mortgage with Able Mortgages based upon the five star reviews I read about them. I was not disappointed in any way. Paul made the whole experience so smooth, hassle-free and streamlined and his communication was always excellent. Things went so well that I soon got another BTL mortgage though Paul. I already owned a rental property outright and once the second BTL mortgage was secured, I shared with Paul that I was thinking of selling this property to enable me to then get another couple of BTL mortgages with the proceeds from the sale. Paul immediately advised me strongly against this as he said it would not be worth it, taking into account the costs involved in the sale, capital gains tax etc and of course he was right. I was stunned at his advice because obviously, Paul would have stood to gain financially himself from the business that the sale of this property would have brought him in the form of a couple more BTL mortgages. However, by unselfishly urging me not to take this course of action he was actually putting my own best interests above his own. How rare is that in today's business world? I don't think there could be any clearer or more conclusive evidence of this gentleman's complete honesty and integrity. This totally confirmed for me that I was in the very best of professional hands. Needless to say, I have no hesitation at all in highly recommending him because it is simply not possible to do better than perfection!

My current fixed rate had ended but we're looking to move house in the near future so I wasn't sure what I should do.
