The service, advise the help and assistance has been absolutely top class and extremely efficient. Adrian has been advising me throughout my process for many months and it made the actual application for my 1st BTL property purchase as a Limited company extremely quick and successful. I provided all the information as when asked to. My application process took no more than 10days, that included having the surveyor survey the property. This was all done online via numerous emails, lots of whatsapp chats and very few phonecalls.
