Fantastic service provided by Tim and all of his staff! There was no pressure, gave us options which actually made us really think about what we wanted. We ended up moving house instead of mortgaging. The whole process of obtaining the mortgage was painless and very quick as the administration team sorted everything for us. I have been using David Williams for the last 6 years, when I started being supported by them I had a chequered past in terms of my credit history, something which can be a little embarrassing to discuss, but I never felt judged by Chris Peck or any of his team and they did everything they could to find me the right lender, something others were not able to do. Throughout this period I also re-mortgaged and again the team were equally as great that time around. I am now in the process of moving house and the team have been great yet again, Harriet has been a huge help, initially in the application stage but more importantly when the chain looked in trouble she went above and beyond to try and get it all moving for me again, she did this right up until Xmas Eve. The communication is excellent, they understand everyone is unique and different and most importantly they are upfront and honest even if you don't like what you are going to hear, which again is very different to past experiences I have had. Genuinely, I could not recommend this business anymore highly, Chris has always been somebody I could rely on but the amazing team surrounding him equally give me that feeling now as well, nothing is ever to much for them and you never feel like you are troubling them.

We recently secured our mortgage and completed on our house purchase with the help from the team at David Williams. For a few reasons, out of anyone’s control, we had a number of “false starts” which meant circumstances and financial requirements changed considerably over a number of months. When the onward purchase was delayed, within hours, Carly had secured a non-simultaneous completion from the lender to avert any stress. Carly's dedication was also shown where at multiple points, she noticed the lender had reduced their rates once we'd already secured the mortgage in principle. She went back to the lender and had our rates reduced a few times, lowering our payments each time. Carly at DWIFA is superb and we'll be coming back to her time and time again.
