Great experience with Just Mortgages. Aidan Pearce was my mortgage advisor and as a first time buyer and new to the mortgage process Aidan done a commendable job in answering all of my questions and helping me understand every step of the way and keeping me updated throughout. Aidan Pearce - What a great service he and Just Mortgages have provided us so far! Aidan is always there to help with any questions myself or my partner have had - He is always happy to talk you through a decision and help provide the best answer he can to the questions you may have (even if you think they are silly to ask). As a very new person to house buying / mortgage set up - Aidan has helped me and my partner 10 fold - He is always very quick to respond to any emails we send across and will often call me back instead, as that allows him to give the best answer to my queries. A great example of Aidans great work for us: I emailed Aidan on a monday evening requesting him to see if we could get a better rate on our mortgage (since originally setting it up a few months prior) by the time tuesday morning had hit Aidan had not only been able to secure us a new rate (from 2.44% to 1.89%) it had also been approved and sent to us by the mortgage lender - I was stunned! Thank you so much and i highly recommend Just Mortgages + Aidan Pearce to anyone who are either new to the process or wanting to change their current broker!
