I contacted Haysto after my offer on a property had been accepted I was let down by my original broker. I couldn’t get the mortgage amount I needed by applying directly to banks. My broker Nikki -right from the start she worked tirelessly often replying to my quires well into the evening and weekend! She secured a high street morgage offer for me on the very day she submitted my application! This is a testament to how superb she really is! My case wasn’t straight forward My issues threw a fair few hurdles but she always helped me find a solution and mainly kept the hope and belief! The thing I appreciate the most about My experience with Nikki was how she treated me, always being respectful and compassionate not once did she make me feel like this property was beyond my reach! This literally is a dream come true never in a million years would I have imagined to be purchasing this property! I am a working class TA with 3 children and it just shows it is possible. I would 100% recommend Haysto and Nikki as the experience has been so pleasant! Thank you!

Paul who is the cofounder of Haysto, helped me before when everything seemed lost with my bad credit, he pulled out all the stops to help. He now runs Haysto- I am in a different place now, so I did enlist on their services, but didnt need to go any further. His team are really understanding and helpful, so I would give them 5stars for being honest and genuine. Worth getting in touch, they literally know the mortgage market inside out.

Haysto and the people working there are amazing! They have been able to make my dream of home ownership a reality! I had a slightly complicated situation and spoke to more than a dozen so called "mortgage specialists", all of whom turned around and said either it would not be possible or that i wouldn't be able to get the amount required. A single conversation with Haysto and they said they could make it happen, and they did not disappoint! They took care of everything, dealing with the successive incompetence of the mortgage lender and always kept me updated and in the loop. I have to give a massive thank you to Tom & Becky who worked on my case, without your help i wouldn't be a homeowner right now. I'm giving Haysto 5 stars purely because of the staff that dealt with my application . I have to say they were all extreemly determined to get me my mortgage . Even though the whole process took nearly 4 months to get to offer and 2 mortgage applications later, they got it in the end . Even when I was ready to give up they kept me going and really pulled out all the stops to get me my dream home . The biggest problem was the mortgage company who put obstacle after obstacle in the way requesting more and more information . An extremely frustrating, stressful process making the brokers and the case managers jobs far harder than it needed to be . Thankfully the out come was in my favour and I've got the keys to my new home . I seriously hope all the staff at Haysto are very well paid, because they do an amazing job !. Thank you Bradley Rose and Abbey knight , for all your hard work and determination and for putting up with my rants !.👍😁

Fantastic service We had a very complex situation , a mix of missed payments , defaults and a ccj . Satnam was fantastic , he explained every detail at every step and worked a miracle to get us what we needed . We have just received our morgage offer ( that I did no think would be possible) I can’t thank Satnam and haysto enough for there help. I can't thank Paul from Haysto enough for making my dream of house ownership come true. I was initially turned down by my bank for a mortgage, as I was self-employed and had a dip in my earnings, but Paul turned this around. He matched me with a lender that saw the bigger picture and kept me informed of the process, every step of the way through to completion. His professionalism, diligence and responsiveness was beyond what I ever expected (he would often take calls from me at the weekend for example!) and I would recommend Haysto to anyone which is looking for a mortgage, especially those who may not have a straight forward case.

Excellent company. My wife and I are both self-employed singing teachers, which often comes with some resistance when getting a mortgage. Paul was our advisor and he thoroughly built the application so that we maximised how successful it would be, was always available to answer my questions, and managed to get us a really great rate and mortgage quickly. All that in the middle of the COVID crisis, which was a feat in itself. That was obviously nice, as our previous two mortgage advisors weren't great and we got bad advice and/or poor conduct. It's nice to have people you can trust.
