I cannot recommend Jade and Chloe from Akers Pritchett highly enough. They found us a brilliant mortgage deal and worked extra hours to make sure we secured it in time. They were brilliant with our solicitor and did everything they could from their side to ensure we could complete on our chosen date. Can’t recommend Jade highly enough. Our mortgage didn’t feel like the easiest for a few reasons but she never made us feel any other way than confident. Her support throughout the whole process was top quality and consistent, guiding us through each step, amazing for us first time buyers but know it would be the same for anybody. I couldn’t respond to emails quick enough she was so on the ball. Nothing seemed to faze her and got the job done super quickly. It felt like our best interest was always her top priority. I was reluctant to use a mortgage broker after a previous poor experience, however James and his team were AMAZING from start to finish. I had been looking for weeks, watching rates before reaching out to James. Within 24 hrs, we had mortgage offer that was far better than anything I had found….plus it had cash back! Once it was approved, Nicky was great at keeping us up to speed on progress. What I wasn’t expecting was for them to keep on chasing the mortgage providers solicitor to ensure it completed incredibly quickly.
