Struggling to attain a mortgage over the last 5 years, I was giving a little hope, when I was recommended Castlegate FS. From the initial phone conversation the professionalism and knowledge shone through. I set Sian and her team a huge task, as I had lots of things going against me, Expat, Single, Working away and house vacant, Gift as a deposit and living in N Ireland... Sian appointed Lauren who took on the challenge, extremely professional, quick to respond to emails, always available to take a call....here I am 10 weeks later writing a review with my house keys in hand. Sian Mitchell and her team have been brilliant throughout the process of helping us secure our forever home.
