As a first time buyer, buying a property on my own, I had very little idea of what I was doing, and Tim was a great help in explaining everything that needed to be done - I felt that no question was too stupid to ask! Being self-employed for only a short period of time, having recently changed my surname by deed poll and buying a house in the middle of the pandemic meant getting a mortgage was not straightforward. Tim was really reassuring about these problems and worked really hard on my behalf to get the mortgage approved with the bank.
