Both Darren and Clair were very professional, responsive, patient and helpful throughout. Made what was an extremely daunting task in purchasing our first home much easier. From a remortgage to pay off our Help to Buy, to porting a mortgage and applying for an additional mortgage for our new property and sorting out life and critical insurances for us both. Excellent service from Laura my mortgage advisor she was quick at replying to me, she kept me updated at all times.
