Lucy from Just Mortgages has been incredibly helpful during our house search and Mortgage application. Being a first time buyer I had very little knowledge of the buying process. Lucy was very helpful and talked me through the process, which steps should come first and how long each step may take. Lucy was also supportive during our property search and kept in contact with us the whole time. When it came to the mortgage application itself Lucy made it feel easy and took the stress out of it. She was extremely responsive to any queries we had and made sure we had a clear understanding of our mortgage options. I would recommend Lucy to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor.

I was first in contact with Lucy Cooke a few months ago when putting an offer on a house. Despite the purchase falling through in the early stages, Lucy gave great advice and we stayed in touch until we found the right home for us.
