Our story: I got in contact with Luke Grosse back in September 2021, to understand what my chances were of being able to obtain a mortgage. Luke talked me through some options to consider and helped me understand what i would need to do to put my finances into position for a mortgage.
I have had negative credit history in the past so back in September the idea of being able to get a mortgage felt like a distant dream!
In January once we had managed to build our savings into a good state I contacted 2 other mortgage advisors to get a second opinion on our position, both told me i had no chance of getting a mortgage. When Luke made contact again I explained what i had been told and that I knew we would get rejected so i was going to wait. Lukes reply was “that’s simply NOT TRUE” and well just weeks later he had us our mortgage in principle and 4 months later we have our mortgage and our beautiful new home!
I cannot thank Luke & Ciara enough for supporting us every step of the way and helping us achieve something others told us wasn’t possible!

Our timeline to buy was also suddenly cut short but they made it happen. My family and I received the keys a week ago and I can hand on heart say that it would never have happened without these guys.
