Stress free mortgage service when i purchased my first home. Excellent mortgage advisor, who is no longer there so ill move onto who deserves alot of the credit, the support staff. Dana & Merci were fab! We purchased a new build which had even stricter deadlines and they updated me throughout keeping me calm. I honestly felt that they went above and beyond and they were lovely ladies to speak to and deal with. Dana also helped us with our buildings & contents insurance which the lender needed proof of before completion but with it being a newbuild this was proving difficult if i hadnt of used Premier. They are used to this and sorted it smoothly. Again, less stress for me. 1 year later we receive our renewal quote from the company and it was sky high. I emailed Dana who arranged a renewal quote from them beating what we currently pay. Thanks Dana, you are great!

Premier Mortgage Services got in touch with me as a result of me responding to a message on LinkedIn. I’m a great believer in living in faith and felt sure that they were the right company to help me remortgage. There were hurdles to overcome but all through the process Vicky was both patient and informative as the transaction became more doable. Finally, after some 5 months from first getting in touch, the planets aligned and we were able to proceed. There were hiccups along the way, the switch to paperless was never going to be easy for an industry renowned for its love of forms, but we got there through working together, being patient, kind and helpful to each other. This is how life should be isn’t it? Jade in admin also played her part too, responsive to my emails and helping to sort out queries. There will always be challenges in life but it’s how we come together to respond to them that decide what our experience is of them. Couldn't wish for a better service. The seller demanded completion within five weeks. Premier put me with the lender with the quickest response and were in constant contact with myself and my solicitors to ensure the mortgage was sorted in the shortest possible time.
