As first time buyers every step has been filled with alot of confusion and uncertainty and Siobhan has held our hands through every step.
Over the last 7 months it feels like everyone we've dealt with (solicitors, estate agents, sellers) have all been doing the bare minimum to tick boxes; I truely feel the Folan Brookes team have empathy and truely wanted the best for us at every stage of this stressful process.
Siobhan actually volenteered 3-4 seperate times to re-apply for our mortgage to ensure we got a cheaper monthly rate. We ended up going from £1,100pm to £800pm. We had no idea about the changing interest rates and havent got an eye on that thing. Siobhan went the extra mile and I feel another mortgage broker could have easily just not cared. As said above, I truely feel like the Folan Brookes team cared and wanted the very best for us...I can't think of many businesses where you leave feeling that about the service.
And the price was crazy good. :)
