5 Stars simply isnt enough. Out of many mortgage brokers we have used, Charlotte from the Money Consultancy stands out head and shoulders above. She conducted herself just as i run my own business, working late in evenings if needed, offering 10/10 service with exceptional communication throughout. I cannot speak highly enough of Mary and Jade at 'The Money Consultancy'. They were so kind and so helpful throughout the entire process. Mary explained everything to me, and processed our application so quickly even with covid restrictions. I've emailed so many times because we are nervous first time buyers and Mary and or Jade have always been helpful and thoughtful everytime they replied. I have to absolutely applaud Charlotte and the team! During the craziness of COVID I had been misguided by a number of mortgage lenders directly and wasted a lot of time.
