Quick and easy, plus so much cheaper than the insurance I have previously had when I was with EE. I'm saving money in the monthly payments and the excess is cheaper, even when I chose full cover and before I even applied my discount. Very happy so far.

Just the policy cover that I was looking for, with good excess fee also compared to the other company's I've looked at. And the price was good also. OK, so their 'reply in two working days' often extends to three or four, however making a claim was simple, processed online, telephone call to confirm details and take excess payment and then a replacement sent on receipt of broken ipad. No hassle, no worries. Thank you. Was kept well informed along the way

Out of the searches done Tinhat come in at a reasonable price and good reviews. Easy to join and complete two shorts forms. But the proof will be in the following year of cover and if I make a claim. But nice to know I'm covered. Okay so made a claim for a broken screen and it cost me £75 excess which was similar to the years cover, so a total of £150 so far. Bit costly and will be looking for a lower charge on excess next year.

Very Painless and easy to make a claim, a bit of a wait because you have to get documents from your Network provider etc, in some cases but other than that a very painless and straightforward process. Gave four out of five, due to the time it took (Around 2 weeks)
