I have used Ark Financial Services on many occasions now. Both for residential and investment mortgages. I found the service to be very easy going. During mortgage applications things can get quite nervous, but Ark were great and settling those nerves and ensuring full information with clarity is provided. On one occasion I had purchased a property from the auction and had to complete within 28 days. Prior to bidding I approached Ark having used them for my residential mortgage and full instructions were given with an agreement in principle, thus giving me full confidence to bid and purchase. Response is fantastic via email and phone. They really understand situations and use that to converse with lenders making underwriters understand the affordability of the client. This is very important as most other advisors would only submit and relay the status to the client. Ark actually fight your case. I have spoken to lenders myself and they are a pain, Ark take it on themselves to do this for you. They will ensure they have all the information needed so they can relay this to the lenders. This method really works! To top this off, they look out for any fees or payments that you will need to make and try to advise the best deal going forward. This means they have your best interest at heart, unlike other advisors. I was thoroughly impressed from the first time I used Ark and have continued to approach them with any mortgage advice and applications needed. I have also referred my friends to Ark whom have successfully completed their mortgage also. Highly recommended service.
