BeMoto came out tops for price on my renewal quote, so I called to purchase the policy and spoke to a lovely lady called Mariyam who really took the time and effort to explain everything to me about my quote and done her very best to get me the best and right quote. I was a bit hesitant at first to call and speak to an advisor because it usually takes so long so just purchasing online is usually easier but I’m so glad I called because I made a few mistakes online and Mariyam helped me correct it. Mariyam made it easy to get the right quote she remained professional and friendly even when I kept changing my mind between which package to choose. She provided a great voice for the company and is an asset to BeMoto she deserves a big bonus, a promotion and company car. That’s the best service I’ve ever received buying insurance. Just got off the phone with Adam from BeMoto Insurance. This was quite complex insurance quote where I've swapped two bikes and bought a new Honda Goldwing. There's clearly challenges when insuring such a motorcycle like this, but I was very impressed with Adam's knowledge, patience and I would definitely rate his customer service as the best I've had when dealing with an insurance company. Having tried a number of other trike insurance providers I came across BeMoto and found them to be the most knowledgeable. The person who handled my call (Jade) was friendly, professional, listened closely to my requirements and quickly found me a very competitive price, not only for my trike but my motorbike too. 2022 UPDATE - just renewed with Bemoto for a second year. For the first time ever, an insurance companies automatic renewal price was cheaper, before having to play the game of back and forth to get it cheaper. Dealt with Libby this time, who was ace! Ran through everything clearly, checked to add any new mods that have been added in the last year to make sure they were listed, and got me a great price that matched the prices of comparison sites, but far exceeded the value in terms of what was included. This company, and Libby was a pleasure to deal with yet again! What a breath of fresh air it was to deal with BeMoto! After 4 hours of speaking to other companies, I was recommended BeMoto and was not disappointed. Makes all the difference talking to someone who actually understands motorcycles, and the modifications etc you want to insure. Neil was great, and answered every question I had. Price was fantastic compared to existing insurer and all others on comparison sites. Would recommend to anyone !

Having insured for the past 12 months with BeMoto, I decided like bikers do to change my bike 3 weeks before renewal. it was complicated by my new bike being a brand new model that no underwriters have had to quote for before as I am the first UK customer on the bike. I called to change bikes expecting to have to cancel my policy 3 weeks early and seek another insurer. Not only were BeMoto able to accept my new bike within 24 hours, they also charged me ZERO in admin to make the change. I ride a Zero, I like Zero, this made me happy. Then my renewal quote came through, as it was due anyway, so I called to make a few adjustments to miles which brought the price to a place I was delighted with, so for the first time ever I am renewing with the same insurer. This happened because not only was I really pleased that they don't charge mid-term adjustment admin fees but also I was taken aback by the polite friendly and knowledgeable people on the other end of the phone, particularly Nick who quoted my bike change and Jamaal who sorted my renewal. The best cover for bikers with 'Titanium' cover and probably the nicest people I've ever dealt with in over a decade of insuring bikes, what's not to love. Well done BeMoto, excellent!

Getting any vehicle insurance can be a trying task but I must say my experience with BeMoto was excellent. They have good reviews so wanted to keep with them. I have just acquired my full bike licence so knew there would be a higher premium to pay. My special thanks goes to Cameron Hare for his guidance and patience in helping me. He gave me good advice / options and looked to get me the best premium possible. When you work with an advisor as pleasant and helpful as him it makes the whole experience relaxed and easy. The Titanium policy that I chose ticks all the boxes and and not only did they give a lower rate but also the extras like recovery, keys/leathers, legal etc are all superior than the competition. I've dealt with my fair share of insurers, but speaking with BeMoto has by far been the best experience yet. I've been stung by the insolvency by a certain (fairly large) insurer, and swapped to another insurer (H-something...) as a result. Moved house, and they wanted an extra £550 on top - over double! After speaking with BeMoto (quotes via comparison websites were higher), managed to save ~600 squids from my other insurer, with all the add-ons. I rarely write reviews; these guys are professional, know what they're talking about, and definitely put in a lot of effort to get a good deal. I'd recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat. Fantastic service. Hopefully they're as fantastic when claiming too (though I hope I never find out first-hand!)
