Ref 5110947/001. I was taught never to return evil for evil to anyone but to look at the positive side of all things. Hence the reason I gave 4* because of the positive side of your company and that is my encouragement to your company to judge people rightly. Your telematics device is an excellent device. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. It taught me to stay within the law. Despite most people hooting behind me for staying on the max speed of 20miles in that particular zone and others passing me speeding with anger because I stuck by law, it was your device that gave me the support and courage to do what is right. However, your company treated me badly, hence the reason I did not renew my policy with you. Despite you knowing very well with all the evidence I gave you, you still accused me of over speeding when you knew very well it had been the garage that had my car that day that caused the speeding. Having been with your company for that long, common sense on your part would have prevailed foremost, that I did not have such a record with you what a coincidence the garage collected and dropped my car at home after service and repairs and I knowing very well that such a speed could affect my policy, would I have driven at that very high speed when all along I never did that. You broke my heart with your accusations and applied a record I should never have had. Despite that treatment by you, I still recommend your device. It helps and is a strong support for people like me who respect the law to know they are not alone with that mindset. There are others especially companies like yours that encourage by evidence through your device to ensure the law is respected. I will not return to your company because you cannot read in-between the lines. I have found a cheaper insurance but I will remember the good about your company. You gave me courage that I will carry with me and have faithfully respected to the T from the day I put it on my windscreen to the end and will continue to stay by the law even if people still hoot at me and get angry with me for staying by the speed limit. Thank you and may you be blessed. Despite your unfairness towards me, its the whole package that makes people stay and not part. For me your failure to give me justice let me down and i would have chosen to pay more to stay with you. Like I said I stay positive. Possibly I was a one off situation only you know that. I wish you have more customers because I truly do recommend your device. It will help many people support the law.

Edited, see below: "From my experience so far, I would advise anyone to stay away. It appears that their system is designed to increase premiums regardless of how well you drive. Expect to be penalised approximately 50% in addition to your upfront cost. I have had to make two complaints so far in four months, and will be happy to amend this feedback should they be resolved." Dear iGO4, I think that you are asking for a review too soon. I've only been with yourselves for 3 days now, so it would be very difficult to give you a true and honest review right now. The 4 stars above reflect how the call was handled during the setting up my motor insurance. The person handled everything well and answered all my questions efficiently. But when all is said and done, there was just one thing that I was totally not happy with and that was the annual Apr of 52%, if you decided that you wanted to take up the option to pay your premiums monthly. I declined the monthly payments and just paid in full which will obviously save me a lot of money over the 12 month period.

So impressed with iGO4 Car Insurance - when my existing renewal with eSure went up 50% (the only change was that I'd incurred an SP50 3pts + £100 fine in the past year) I decided to compare the market and found iGO4 who quoted me £200 cheaper than eSure so I was very pleased. Super easy to take out the policy on iGO4's website, really user-friendly and they are so quick and responsive 10/10 Highly Recommended

Meh! 1. Takes too long going through the options to finally get through to somebody to discuss my policy. 2. Spoke to somebody at the beginning of my policy about a missed payment (my fault. I hold my hands up), he acted like I owed him money personally. Generally not that bad but a couple of instances have annoyed me, but not enough to find another insurer.

I cannot get in touch with the people who arrange the finance. The last stage of the form regarding a sent txt code cannot be put in. Ring them and it’s never ending options. I’m struggling to contact them for information. We are not all tech wizards. Simplify the site. I’m so frustrated.

Unlike previous Insurance Companies I have dealt with,my new quote was reasonably similar to last year’s.After 35 years of claim free driving my vehicle insurance shouldn’t go up substantially each year. This year I didn’t need to shop around for quotes and Igo4 made the renewal process simple.

1* for my overall experience with this company. 5* for Sarah Kempe and her customer service skills The only reason I am leaving a 3 star review here is because of my 10 minute phone call with Sarah Kempe who is EXCELLENT. After my father passed away several months ago I sent the relevant documents and spoke to numerous staff, all telling me different stories and not managing to complete a basic task. Several times the phone was shut on my phone and staff members being sarcastic/rude on the phone to me whilst I was trying to cancel the policy. This morning the phone was cut off on 3 occasions and nobody called back. Sarah picked up the phone and I was very frustrated and angry but she managed to calm me down, listen carefully to understand my concerns, apologized on behalf of the company and dealt with my problem in less than 10 MINUTES! I am very happy after speaking to Sarah and was close to contacting the financial ombudsman before I spoke to her. Thank you Sarah Kempe, wish you all the best and appreciate your sympathy and great customer service skills.

Checked many online insurance companies, comparison sites etc. The majority of better results came from iGO4 and the response was quick, seamless and straightforward. I would certainly recommend that potential insurance buyers check out iGO4 before staying with their usual provider.

I've been with igo4 a few years now and haven't had any issues. Coming up to my renewal I got a new car, got a quote via telephone from igo4 and it was cheaper than my previous car. After checking online I found a quote with igo4 for nearly £30 per month cheaper. I phoned and was told they couldn't match it because it was found online. Therefore I had to cancel my policy and sign up again. Not a big issue with how much I'm saving, just don't understand how they couldn't match it.

I made a claim for a cracked windscreen which went smoothly enough. I haven’t had to claim for an accident, so can’t comment there. I was disappointed my premium when up by almost £50 on last year. Why the £60 renewal fee? There wasn’t anything to change, and I did it all myself online. Seems a bit excessive and didn’t really reward loyalty.

I emailed you earlier this you to inform you of a change of address which ive only just noticed wasn't done. Only staying with the company because I literally ran out of time to cancel the contract. Charging me nearly £80 extra to stay with them another year and putting it down to admin costs is just plain robbery. I've made not one claim and added a year to my no claims bonus..it's just greedy. IG04 I’ve never had a problem with and that’s including a number one f car changes but I did think it would be a little cheaper this year as I’ve been with them for a year £48 is the same I was paying last year and I’m still paying that and I only have a fiesta 1.2 no modifications or anything I think if it’s still the same next time I will look for another insurer. But other than that no probs.

Yeah, I've been having you covering me. The only disappointment is that the more I stay the more costly it becomes. This confuses me. Is it how I will be rewarded? I haven't had any claims or accidents so far but my insurance has been going up and up. Very disturbing.

i dont like this company i found them to be the most expensive insurer on the market by 4x times went from £70 per month to £193 so i found a far better deal with all of the brokers i tried plus they charged me around £90 cancellation fees bad company 👎👎👎
