E. L.Amazing place to work in the Home Claims department. Staff get looked after very well, great atmosphere within the teams and across the floor. Opportunities to a lot of different job roles, great for people who wish to pursue a career within insurance.
R. T. T.Began enrolled in the RSA 6-week Training Program, as a new hire in November of 2018, for a position as a Home Claims Handler. After 4-weeks of training in their classroom setting; and 2 weeks of training in their "Academy" setting taking first sets of live calls, there was consistent and immediate support by Technical Claims Handlers, every step of the way, as I began learning all about how to use their systems of creating Home Insurance Claims for 3 main Home Insurance products :: More Than; Payment Shield and Saga. And since I have been living here in Peterborough, UK as of the 2nd of April 2010 - after having lived most of my life in San Antonio, Texas U.S.A. - I had been exposed to a far more strict working environment, compared to working in office environments found here in the United Kingdom. RSA management are very fair and helpful, and do not pressure anyone to be expected to be immediately proficient at what they have been trained to apply out on the sales floor, after completion of a very effective 6-week training program. Just as that which is found in any other Contact Centre environment, you can get a fully positive impact out of your role with RSA, that can produce excellent results of positive feed-back, that is equivalent to the same degree of effort, that you are willing to apply yourself, into the role of which you have been hired, with a strongly honest, and straightforwardly keen interest and self-determination, that is not only recognised and appreciated, but you are also given consistent opportunities to continuously improve in the role of which you are hired, every step of the way. I highly recommend working for RSA - especially if you have a strong background of experience working in a Contact Centre environment. You should consider yourself very fortunate to be given an opportunity to work for RSA, as a full-time employee, if you happen to be seeking stability with a corporation that has a proven track record of integrity and excellence, in all aspects of the business.
