Absolutely brilliant team at Rebus! Lee has helped us from the very beginning, before we even started actively looking for a house. He went through the millions of questions we had as first time buyers. He was able to reassure us and give us easy to understand but also complete information every step of the way. Moving further in the process, Joy has kept us informed every week and answered all our queries which was very much appreciated and helped us have a less stressful waiting period once our offer was accepted. They have both gone above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and were quick to communicate with all parties involved. Both Lee and Joy were in constant contact with me throughout the process and they even went out of their way to help push the process along when it hit snags. The other parties weren't anywhere near as helpful and there were some serious communication issues especially near the end but the guys from Rebus did everything they could to essentially drive the process to completion. A friend of mine used Rebus to purchase his first home around the same time as me and he also had a great experience, the only difference was that he went with Rebus' recommended solicitors and he made the right choice as the solicitors recommended by the guys at Rebus were cheaper and also provided a much better customer service experience. Highly recommend Rebus as a mortgage broker. Lee and Joy worked tirelessly to get our application completed. There were a number of unusual circumstances which made it difficult to find a suitable lender. Lee found a lender and got the mortgage approved in just a couple of days, at a time where there was a waiting time of two weeks or more for an advisor appointment with high street lenders. However the lenders internal process and audit meant that it was a further 3 weeks until the offer was sent. During this time Rebus chased the lender daily and kept us updated and reassured even though they themselves were often kept in the dark by the lender. Despite being busy, the communication was great. Lee always picked up the phone, returned the call, and emailed to confirm things. A positive result always makes it easier to write a review, but looking purely at Rebus' role. They were always professional and quick to act and react to get the job done. Rebus seem to have a clear and fair pricing structure, they are not cheaper or more expensive than others we looked at and we were not pressured for 'lifetime' schemes, additional fees, or upsells that many other Brokers demand. I explained what I needed to Lee, and he delivered it. And Joy was there to facilitate communication and administration. Great Job!

We used Rebus to get our first mortgage so we could buy our first home together, after enquiring, we arranged a phone call with Neezam and explained our circumstances, he then quickly got back to us to tell us how much we could expect to borrow and what interest rate we could expect.
